Two-time champion Fernando Alonso of Renault won the first ever F1 night race in Singapore. After a disappointing qualifying round. He finished first in two practice sessions, Fernando was doing well early in Saturday’s qualifying. However, a broken fuel system stopped his car suddenly, leaving him in 15th position for Sunday night’s Grand Prix.
This is Alonso first victory of this season and also Renault team first victory of the season. Ferari would not get any points as both car didn’t pass the finish line.
