According to my research some strategies doing link building changed this year 2010. But some says link building will not going to change at all. I am also confused that google changes algorithms this year and lots of changes will happen it is just a rumor. Changes are not going to be done now.
So keep building links for oes tsetnoc site for the quality of post, writing good and unique article and doing submission to gain links. These strategies are hundred percent white-hat techniques in building links.
