So what will Kabonfootprint do after the SEO contest if being canceled? For sure back to his happy and great life. And a week full of out of the world surfing experience. Really, the whole month of August was making me became a surfer of the world wide web. but now I can go back to the thing that moves me the most. The waves of Kuta beach.

The beach was really friendly this week and the waves was super. The sexy girls is running around and some can really handle the high waves of Kuta beach.
So no wonder Indonesia surfing community can be proud with the beaches of Bali. Many surfing competition is being held here. From junior until professionals, they all come to Bali to win the great awards and recognition.

There is a new web browser in town called the Google Chrome. As all products developt by Google, this web browser has a minimal design but great funtion. A faster browsing experience is expected by using this new and long await browser. You can download it free on the Chrome download page.
Kabonfootprint aslo looks very nice in this new web browser. The simple and clean design is just what I am looking for all this time. And most important the speed.

At the moment Chrome is only available for Windows based machine. Mac and Linux version is underway and will be release soon. So will this new web browser dominated the competition later with Firefox and Internet Explorer fighting for their fanatics? We will see. But so far I can say I love it already.

So after being in the mountains of Bali for the weekend and keeping the updates from there (with very limited internet connection on my Blackberry), Kabonfootprint (hell do I have to keep saying that name…?) heard the news about the end of Busby Seo challenge. A seo competition that has been running for the last 3 months.
The winner was announced and I am happy to hear that some friends won it. It is official now and IMFreaks team won it, they became the challenge winner after being on top of Sphere team in the judges selected google data center. Yeah Sphere became second and they have to accept it after their many effort made and appear first in some other data center. Also another great Indonesian, Pogung who joined many seo competition before, came third and join the winner circle.
Congratulations for all of you guys….! I salute all of you and all the other challenger for the great job done. The dedication and creativity that you have shown in the last 3 months have been an inspiration to me.

That is also another reason why I joined this kabonfootprint seo competition since the last month. There… I have said it… This is a SEO contest.

We had a safe and successful election in Bali on July 9th, 2008. That was the first ever direct election of new governor in Bali, home of Kabonfootprint. On that election Made Mangku Pastika and AA Puspayoga won with an outstanding result. Last Thursday, August 28th, 2008 the official governor inauguration has been done. Now we have a new leader for the next 5 years.
All people in Bali are hoping for the best and bring Bali to the peace and better future. Safety and prosperity in all aspect is what we all want.

Bali new governor, I Made Mangku Pastika, stands between his deputy, AA Puspayoga on his right and a Hindu priest before being sworn into office at the Bali parliament. Pastika, a former Bali Police chief, has vowed to push up security around Bali and make improvements to people’s welfare during his 5 years leadership term.
Singapore Airlines girls

Out of the blue, I got a buzz on my Yahoo messenger. There is an old acquaintance that I almost forget say’s hello. It was a fun chat and great to hear news from her. The story is that she is joining to be Singapore Airlines flight attendant. We all know that as the Singapore Airlines girls. The sentence: “Kabonfootprint, do you still remember me?” Makes me laugh… Of course I remember you girl
Singapore airlines in my opinion is the best airline in the world at the moment. They have the best service, the best schedules and the best inflight services. Okay, they might not be the best in term of fares. But I always go with my kabonfootprint motto: You pay peanuts, you get monkeys. You pay gold, you get kings.
SQ stewardesses are consider to be the icon of the airline. In every advertisement that you read about Singapore airlines you will find one or two of them. Even a Thai friend of mine told me once, “Why Thai Airways could not put those beautiful Thai girls in the advertisement? Why they use those stewards? I hate seeing all the guys in the ads.”
You know what? I agree with him totally…
Kabonfootprint in the Bali Fashion Week

Normally Monday is doomsday and I’m feeling blue. After the weekend being ruined by Trojan viruses, another Monday is here. But this time Kabonfootprint is actually looking forward for this Monday. And why…? It’s because the Bali Fashion Week is here. So the day seems just short with no real problem and headaches.
The best of it is that this year’s Bali Fashion Week the theme is FASHION MEETS NATURE, a celebration of life. Just the way I like it. Let’s go green.
Quick catching some waves in the afternoon, I rush back home to dress up in my best Kabonfootprint branded suit. Don’t forget to wear a tie also, because I’ll meet up with some top models in Bali tonight.

Bali is well known for its beautiful nature such as the beach, sunset and rice fields. It’s the best location for this international fashion event since a couple of year’s success of the Bali fashion week. A unique event that combines art, fashion and culture into a blend of fun festival to inspire the top world fashion designers.
That is why me as one of the best designers in Kabon fashion is invited to join this great event. But to tell you the truth, I didn’t come for the fashion; I come for the glamour and the models

The Beijing Summer Olympic 2008 has come to an end. The closing ceremony that was superb and much await by millions of spectators around the globe was ended on August 24th, 2008. There were 302 gold medals handed on this occasion and Kabonfootprint is proud that Indonesia got one of them. A tradition that we kept to get Gold in the Olympic games.

There were many achievements made by some the world’s greatest athletes. Record was made and all the hard work have paid off. One of the best quote from LeBron James (Team USA) was:
“It means everything to me. We’re the number one team. We’ve been so blessed with this opportunity. It’s so rewarding to see your hard work pay off.”
The spirit of the Olympic goes with us, although we could not make it in person to go to Beijing.
Kabonfootprint Trojan Virus

After a well couple of day’s holiday for the Galungan celebration we all go back to our daily life routine. With our fresh mind, body and spirit we look forward to begin all activities. But then something struck Kabonfootprint like a thunder bold. What an unpleasant surprise. There is a Trojan virus on my computer.
Gosh this is really not what I am looking forward to find when getting ready back to work. Why? Tell me why this has to happen to me…? Really thought that with the entire antivirus and anti spyware installed, my Kabonfootprint viruses prove computer is safe. But this could still happen. Please take this as a warning. You are never safe from those Trojans.

Now I have to spend my weekend cleaning this mess up and hope to safe my precious documents in my hard drives. Really ruin my weekend plans to just hang out at the beach being lazy and walk around doing my Kabon partying. Curse those virus makers.

Today is another holiday in Bali, that is why Kabonfootprint is heading to the village for family ceremony. Along the streets in Bali we can see almost everybody is wearing theirs sarong and kebaya. It’s really a celebration here in Bali a place that Kabon love very much.

Galungan ceremony is a very special holiday for the Balinese. It occurs every 210 days and is a 10 days ceremony. The last day is called Kuningan day. The meaning of Galungan is when Dharma (Goodness) is winning. Galungan marks the begin of the most important Hindu religious ceremony in Bali. During the Galungan period, the ancestors of the family descend to their home shrines. Offerings and prayers must be made for them.
The bikini controversy

As usual my daily routine would be a walk down Kuta beach. Breath the fresh air, enjoy the waves and the most important thing is to watch the babes in bikini
If you would ask what is better, a one piece swimsuit or a bikini. Kabonfootprint would definitely go for the bikini. Not the kinky ones like the see through extreme tiny bikini, no, I mean the normal ones that I see a lot in Kuta beach today. I bet by now you are already planning your next trip to go to Kuta.

But when we talk about bikini in Indonesia, woaw it would be a huge controversy subject. It was still in my memory that when the Miss Universe contests 2006 and the latest 2008 Indonesia participant wore a bikini, every person in the country was talking about it. It’s been a big argument is Indonesia so much against bikini?
