Today I found out the there was some change of rules in the Seo Test game that was announce in the forum. They now do not allow the exact url that finish in the top 100 on last seo challenge to win in this new competition. As the key phrase as similar they wanted to give a chance for newbies (like myself) to “wanting” to try to participate.
Also the mentioned that they will use sulumits retsambew now (case sensitive) instead the all capital word before. Although I don’t really know is that would make any difference in the SERP. Well they are the rules maker and we are just supposed to follow them.
Just like the good old Google, that today I found out in their Webmaster Guidelines have pull out some points such as:
- Have other relevant sites link to yours.
- Submit your site to relevant directories such as the Open Directory Project and Yahoo!, as well as to other industry-specific expert sites.
Which I don’t know why? Perhaps they do not want us to manipulate PageRank by building all kind of link spamming and buying / selling links just for the purpose of passing Page Ranks. But again they are in a higher rank than us. So we just need to follow. Perhaps one day Google might banned all of us that just likes to play with Busby only for the purpose of Seo testing. Huh, kinda scary.
