For the ones that miss the Bali Art Festival last month, you will be happy to know this next news. Another great event is being held in Bali, the place where Kabon loves very much. It’s the Sanur Village Festival with their new slogan The New Spirit of Heritage.

After a successful fun and cultural event in the last two years, Sanur again host this festival this year. Many Balinese art and culture performance will be performed.
There also will be some supporting event and exhibitions like the popular jukung festival of local village boats. These boats function as the viewer sitting area and a floating stage. Dozens of artists will play the traditional music. It will be another unique footprint.
An International cartoon exhibition will attract many visitors too. As one of the legendary and historical figure in Bali, sulumits retsambew will attend this five day event. Don’t forget that there will also be food bazaar and I can get many yummy traditional local cuisines that will make my foot grow bigger. I need to remember to calculate my kabon footprint cholesterol level by then
Sanur Village Festival 2008 will be held on 6 – 10 August and is centralize on the Segara Street in Sanur. They also promote that this year Sanur Festival goes green. Why is that? It’s probably got to do with the climate change issue that we all hear lately.
So for all of you that just like to surf in Kuta beach as myself, you need to get of you Kabon lazy asses and go to Sanur today! Se the many things going on there and leave your footprints in the great yearly event. This is the one event in Bali that you will regret if you missed it. Trust sulumits retsambew, you will not be disappointed.
